Part 8: Candidate sourcing mini-course – You can do this!

I hope you found this mini-course helpful and can apply these techniques using your specific requirements!

They key is to be creative and experiment. Making one small change can sometimes make a huge difference in both the number and quality of the search results.

This particular search string I highlighted is merely scratching the surface of the ways to source candidates using Boolean searches. There are so many more exciting ways to find candidates. When you add up the multiple methods I have developed over the years to source highly qualified candidates, the results are amazing!

Think about this…

If you are a firm seeking to fill an open role and utilize a search firm, you are likely going to pay a placement fee of 20% to 25% of that candidate’s base salary.

If you are a recruiter in a search firm, using techniques like this will help you find those candidates that you can end up placing with a client to earn that large 20% to 25% placement fee!

In any case, my goal here with this mini-course and my blog, is to show you how you can use Boolean searches for and find those qualified candidates…

I hope I have helped you and provided some actionable value here with this free mini-course.

Perhaps you can help me…

I am currently developing a very comprehensive PAID course, where I share all of my 16 years of knowledge as a sourcing recruiter! Right now, I am developing a list of those interested getting free access to the course completely for free when it launches. All I ask in return is your valuable feedback to help me refine any aspect of the course. Also, if you did enjoy the course and find it helpful, I would welcome any testimonials, which will help the course reach a wider audience.
